Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O’Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
All that area in the North Auckland Land District, Waitemata County, situated in Block XIII, Waiwera Survey District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 28·3 perches, more or less, being Lot 1 on plan No. 38790, deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland, and being part of Allotment 319, Parish of Pukeatua. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 17/40, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of August 1952.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Whangarei and Otamatea Counties, containing by admeasurement 497 acres 2 roods 16 perches, more or less; and being Section 4, Block IV, Waipu Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 11/15, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (North Auckland plan S.O. 25427.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of August 1952.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O’Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a surfaceman’s cottage; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of September 1952.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 3 roods 20 perches.
Being part Section 10 (part Waipatukahu No. 5a Block).
Situated in Block XI, Hastings Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 35306.)
In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 138061, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O’Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for defence purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of September 1952.

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O’Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 1 acre 2 roods 29·8 perches.
Being Lots 184, 185, 186, and 187, D.P. 37882, being part Allotment 15, Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland, situated in the Borough of One Tree Hill, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 970, folio 72 (Auckland Land Registry).

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 3 roods 33·71 perches.
Being Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, D.P. 15815, being part Section 9, Hutt District, situated in the City of Lower Hutt, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 501, folio 228 (Wellington Land Registry).
