Proclaiming Maori Land to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 450 of the Maori Land Act 1931, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O’Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Maori land described in the Schedule hereto is vested in Her Majesty the Queen.

Declaring Certain Crown Land to be Subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936 (Te Kaha Development Scheme)

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 5 of the Maori Purposes Act 1939, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O’Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby declare the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936.
SCHEDULE
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area in the Matakaoa County, containing by admeasurement 16 acres 15 perches, more or less, being Sections 8 and 9, Block II, Whangaparaoa Township (1 acre 27·5 perches), Section 5, Block III, Whangaparaoa Township (1 acre 7·5 perches), and Section 1, Block II, Whangaparaoa Survey District (13 acres 3 roods 20 perches), situated in Block II, Whangaparaoa Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.A. 1/3/19, deposited in the Head Office of the Department of Maori Affairs at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (S.O. 3091.)

Land Subject to the Housing Act 1919 Declared Crown Land Available for Reservation Under the Land Act 1948

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (1) of section 8 of the Housing Amendment Act 1940, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O’Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, being land subject to the Housing Act 1919, to be Crown land available for reservation under the Land Act 1948.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 24·71 perches, more or less, being Lot 23 as shown on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Dunedin under No. 7035, being part Section 16, Sawyers Bay Survey District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 312, folio 72 (Otago Registry).

ALL that area situated in Block XI, Mount Robinson Survey District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre and 11·1 perches, more or less, being Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, as shown on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington under No. 15463, being part Manawatu-Kukutauaki 2d No. 3.
