Portion of Normanby Domain Set Apart as a Site for a Public Hall
FREYBERG, Governor-General
Pursuant to section 42 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare that that portion of Normanby Domain described in the Schedule hereto, shall, from and after the 15th day of August 1952, be set apart as a site for a public hall.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
All that area containing by admeasurement 1 rood 6·4 perches, more or less, being Section 708 (formerly part Sections 17 and 589), Patea District, situated in Block I, Hawera Survey District, being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 33, folio 239, and part of the land comprised and described in Deeds Index, Volume 8, folios 459 and 527 (Taranaki Registry). Increasing Number of Days on Which Charges May be Made for Admission to the Arawa Park Domain
FREYBERG, Governor-General
Pursuant to section 23 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby increase the number of days which may be prescribed by the Arawa Park Domain Board as days upon which charges may be made, pursuant to section 21 of the said Act, for admission to the domain described in the Schedule hereto, or to any part thereof set apart for a particular purpose, from twenty days to thirty days during the year ending the 31st day of March 1953.

Section 23, Suburbs of Rotorua, situated in Block I, Tarawera Survey District Area, 46 acres 3 roods 17 perches, more or less.

Whereas by section 167 of the Land Act 1948 it is enacted that the Governor-General may from time to time set apart as a reserve, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral lease or pastoral occupation licence, any Crown land for any purpose, which, in his opinion, is desirable in the public interest, and notice thereof shall be published in the New Zealand Gazette :
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 167 of the said Act, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby reserve, subject to the reservations and conditions imposed by section 59 of the Land Act 1948, the lands in the North Auckland, Wellington, Canterbury, and Otago Land Districts described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the lands so intended to be reserved.
