Vesting a Reserve in the Mackenzie Rabbit Board

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington, this 13th day of August 1952
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for a site for Rabbit Board buildings:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Mackenzie Rabbit Board:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Mackenzie Rabbit Board, in trust, for a site for Rabbit Board buildings.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
RESERVE 4646 (formerly part Reserve 1264A), situated in Block VIII, Burke Survey District: Area, 2 acres 1 rood 24 perches, more or less. Subject to the reservations and conditions imposed by section 59 of the Land Act 1948. (S.O. plan 8448.)

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for recreation purposes:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland, in trust, for recreation purposes.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for a site for a sub-station:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the North Canterbury Electric-power Board:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the North Canterbury Electric-power Board, in trust, for a site for a sub-station.

And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Lake:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Lake, in trust, for rubbish and sanitary purposes.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for a roadman's cottage:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Oroua:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Oroua, in trust, for a site for a roadman's cottage.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area situated in Block I, Oroua Survey District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre and 4 perches, more or less, being Lots 5 and 6 as shown on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington under No. 147, being part subdivision F, Manchester Block. Subject to the reservations and conditions imposed by section 59 of the Land Act 1948.

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Kaitieke, in trust, for a County depot.
