Pursuant to section 44 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby appoints

Norman Clark McNeill,
William Henderson Russell, and John Wilkie
to be the North Makarewa Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and hereby appoints Wednesday, the 13th day of August 1952, at 8 o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Tussock Creek Hall as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

Changing the Purpose of a Reserve in Kaitieke Survey District, Wellington Land District

Whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve duly set apart for a site for public buildings of the General Government :
And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for a County depot :
Now, therefore, pursuant to subsection (1) (a) of section 7 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for a site for public buildings of the General Government to a reserve for a County depot.
