ERRATUM
THE Lemon Marketing Regulations Notice published on page 1327 of the New Zealand Gazette, 7 August 1952, No. 53, is hereby cancelled and the following substituted.
Lemon Marketing Regulations—Notice Fixing Prices of Certain Grades

PURSUANT to regulation 19 of the Lemon Marketing Regulations 1946, I hereby fix the following prices per loose bushel to be paid by the Marketing Department for lemons delivered to the Department during the undermentioned period :—
Period of delivery (both days inclusive) 1 August to 30 August :—
Loose packed fresh lemons, Preferred Commercial Grade .. 9 2
Loose packed fresh lemons, Commercial Grade .. 7 8
Loose packed fresh lemons, First-grade Peel .. 5 6
Loose packed fresh lemons, Second-grade Peel .. 4 0
Loose packed fresh lemons, Juice Grade .. 2 0

Prison Proclaimed

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS by an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand, intituled the Prisons Act 1908, it is provided that the Governor-General may, by Proclamation published in the Gazette, declare any house, building, enclosure, or place to be a prison, and from and after the gazetting of any such Proclamation, or from any time later specified in the Proclamation, such house, building, enclosure, or place shall be deemed a prison :
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 4 of the said Prisons Act 1908, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare that the area of land described in the Schedule hereto, and all buildings and enclosures used or occupied thereon, shall, from and after the date of the publication of this Proclamation in the Gazette, be a prison, known as the Rangipo Prison, within the meaning and for the purposes of the said Prisons Act 1908.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area situated in Blocks IV, VII, VIII, X, XI, XII, and XV, Pihanga Survey District, containing 9,237 acres, more or less, bounded as follows: Commencing at the northernmost point of Rangipo North 2B; thence proceeding in a south-easterly direction generally along the left bank of the Tongariro River to the junction of the Whitikau Stream; thence across the Tongariro River to and along the left bank of the Whitikau Stream to the junction of the Omarangai Stream; thence across the Whitikau Stream to and along the left bank of the Omarangai Stream to the Hautu Road; thence in a south-westerly direction generally along this road to and across the Whitikau Stream; thence in a southerly direction along the left bank of the Whitikau Stream to the north-western boundary of Hautu 5B 2B 2; thence south-westerly along the said north-western boundary of Hautu 5B 2B 2 to a point in line with the most northern boundary of Rangipo North 2D 2; thence by a right line to and along the said boundary of Rangipo North 2D 2 and the northern boundary of Rangipo North 2D 3 to and across the Waiouru-Turangi State Highway to the western side of that Highway; thence southerly along the western side of the said Waiouru-Turangi State Highway to a point in line with the southern boundary of Rangipo North 3C; thence north-westerly along a right line to the southern corner of Rangipo North 2C 1; thence north-easterly along the south-eastern boundaries of Rangipo North 2C 1 and 2C 2 to and across the National Park—Taupo State Highway and again along the south-eastern boundary of Rangipo North 2C 2 to the Poutu Stream; thence northerly generally along the right bank of that stream to the point of commencement; saving and excepting all legal roads.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of August 1952.

Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT—SOUTHLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the Southland Land District, Wallace County, containing by admeasurement 524 acres, more or less, and being Section 10, Block III, Lillburn Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 200/18, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Southland plan S.O. 5057.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of August 1952.
