✨ Electric Line Authorizations
CONDITIONS
1. IMPLIED CONDITIONS
THE conditions directed to be implied in all licences by the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935 and the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1935, shall be incorporated in and shall form part of this licence, except in so far as the same may be inconsistent with the provisions hereof.
2. LICENCE SUBJECT TO REGULATIONS
The licence hereby conferred is subject to compliance by the licensee with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1935, the Radio Interference Regulations 1934, and with all regulations hereafter made in amendment thereof or in substitution therefor respectively: Provided that the licensee shall not by virtue of this clause be required, except in the normal course of alteration, repair, or maintenance, to re-construct in conformity with the regulations hereinbefore mentioned any electric lines or works which conformed to the regulations in force at the time of the construction thereof.
3. SYSTEM OF SUPPLY
Bulk supply at a normal pressure of 11,000 volts between phases shall be received from the State Hydro-electric Department's substations at Marton, Wanganui, Mataroa, and Waverley (when completed), or from such other additional point or points of supply as may be mutually arranged between the Minister in Charge of the State Hydro-electric Department and the licensee.
The system of supply shall be as described in paragraphs (a) and (f) of Regulation 21-01 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935. The primary distribution voltages shall be 11,000 volts, 6,600 volts, and 3,300 volts between phases.
4. DURATION OF LICENCE
This licence shall, unless sooner lawfully determined, continue in force until the 24th day of October 1964.
FIRST SCHEDULE
AREA OF SUPPLY
THE area of supply comprises :—
- The Wanganui-Rangitikei Electric-power District as defined in the Second Schedule to the Proclamation dated the 16th day of August 1939, and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 24th day of the same month, at page 2211, the Schedule to the Proclamation dated the 18th day of May 1948, and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 27th day of the same month, at page 611, and the Schedule to the Proclamation dated the 21st day of October 1948, and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 28th day of the same month, at page 1315, and ;
- The Outer Area as at present constituted of the Wanganui-Rangitikei Electric-power District.

3. SYSTEM OF SUPPLY
The system of supply shall be as described in paragraph (d) of Regulation 21-01 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935, and shall be an alternating current system.
4. DURATION OF LICENCE
Unless sooner lawfully determined, this licence shall continue in force until the 31st day of March 1973. or until electrical energy is available from an electric-power board or other public source of supply, whichever is the earlier.
SCHEDULE
LINES for the supply of electrical energy by the system of supply hereinbefore described, commencing from the licensees' generator and proceeding in a northerly direction to a homestead, wool shed, and a cottage, with branch lines leading in an easterly direction across a stream and a public road to a cottage.
All being situated in Section 30804, Block VI, Grey Survey District, in the County of Kowai.
The said lines being more particularly shown by means of blue lines on the plan marked S.H.D. 214, deposited in the office of the Minister in Charge of the State Hydro-electric Department.

Authorizing William Edward Price, of Taupo, Butcher, to Erect and Use Certain Electric Lines in the Town District of Taupo

At the Government House at Wellington, this 30th day of July 1952

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorizes William Edward Price, of Taupo, Butcher (hereinafter referred to as the licensee), subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, to lay, construct, put up, place, and use the electric lines described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
LINES for the supply of electrical energy by the system of supply hereinbefore described, commencing from the licensee’s generator situated in Section 10, and proceeding in a north-westerly direction across Sections 9 and 8 to an office building situated in Lot 5, Section 3; thence to a shop situated in Lot 4, Section 3; thence across Lot 3, Section 3, to another shop situated in Lot 2, Section 3. All being situated in Block 23, Block II, Survey District, in the Town District of Taupo. The lines being more particularly shown by means of a red line on a plan marked S.H.D. 211, deposited in the office of the Minister in charge of the State Hydro-electric Department.
