Crown Land Set Apart for a Maori School in Block VIII, Tokomaru Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a Maori school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of February 1952.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 acre 1 rood 14·3 perches.
Being Section 4, Block X, Tuatini Maori Township.
Situated in Block VIII, Tokomaru Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 4616.)
In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 135770, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of January 1952.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a roadman’s cottage; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of February 1952.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 3 roods 14·4 perches.
Being Section 4010, Block XI, Whataroa Survey District (Westland R.D.). (S.O. 4553.)
In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 136079, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of February 1952.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 4 acres 3 roods 10·91 perches.
Being Lots 103 to 106 inclusive, 108 to 110 inclusive, 112 to 123 inclusive, D.P. 6967, being part Sections 36, 39, and 40, Block VI, Town District, and part Section 1, Block XV, Dunedin and East Taieri District, and being part of the land formerly comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 339, folio 237 (Otago Land Registry).
Situated in the City of Dunedin.
