(2) Deliveries of milk under contract to schools, public hospitals, and to establishments of the Armed Forces are excluded from this scheme.

(3) Subject to the foregoing provisions of this scheme, the names and addresses of the vendors who are parties to this scheme and the areas in which they may deliver milk are as follows:-

Declaring Area to be a Closely Populated Locality for the Purposes of Section 36 of the Transport Act 1949

PURSUANT to section 36 of the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby declares the area described in the Schedule hereto to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of the said section to the intent that a person driving any motor-vehicle on any road therein shall be subject to the maximum speed limit of thirty miles an hour fixed by the said section.

SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Halswell County-

All that area adjacent to Christchurch City consisting of :-

(1) Tankerville Road.

(2) Mathers Road.

(3) Hoon Hay Road (all that portion commencing at its junction with the Christchurch-Akaroa State Highway No. 74 and terminating at its junction with Sparks Road.

Declaring Area to be a Closely Populated Locality for the Purposes of Section 36 of the Transport Act 1949

PURSUANT to section 36 of the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby declares the area described in the Schedule hereto to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of the said section to the intent that a person driving any motor-vehicle on any road therein shall be subject to the maximum speed limit of thirty miles an hour fixed by the said section.

All that area at Sunshine consisting of that portion of the Taumarunui-Owhango Main Highway No. 423, commencing at the southern boundary of Taumarunui Borough and terminating at a point 26 chains measured along the said highway generally in a south-westerly direction from the commencing point.
