I. L. Jacobs, 3 Bradnor Road, Fendalton, Christchurch, has applied for a licence to operate a new pharmacy at the corner of Manchester Street and Oxford Terrace, Christchurch.

A. R. Petrie, care of Mr. A. L. Penn, Main Road South, Hornby, Christchurch, has applied for a licence to operate a new pharmacy near the corner of Lincoln and Hoon Hay Roads, Spreydon, Christchurch.

Retail Sale and Distribution of Motor-spirit

P. M. Gardiner, Waikaia, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from two pumps to be installed on service-station and garage premises at Waikaia.

C. Capell, Ardmore Street, Wanaka, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on proposed service-station premises at Ardmore Street, Wanaka.

Khyber Pass Motors, Ltd., 180 Great South Road, Auckland, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed at the rear of garage premises at 180 Great South Road, Auckland.

Whangarei Sand Supply, Ltd., Lower Cameron Street, Whangarei, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on premises at Lower Cameron Street, Whangarei.

N. P. Marsh, Main Road, Linton, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on store premises at Main Road, Linton.

Newton King, Ltd., Sheridan Street, Te Kuiti, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit otherwise than through pumps from an oil company depot in Te Kuiti.

J. Williamson, Ngaio Street, Otahuhu, has applied for permission to shift two pumps from their present position facing Ngaio Street to a new site 40 ft. distant facing Great South Road, Otahuhu.

W. F. Turner, Ltd., Otane, has applied for permission to shift two pumps from their present position in Higginson Street to a new position about 75 yards distant to new premises also in Higginson Street, Otane.

Applicants and other persons considering themselves to be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau of Industry on these applications should, not later than 24 July 1952, submit any written evidence and representations they may desire to tender.
