Position : Jetty Point, lat. 40° 56′·9 S. ; long. 173° 04′·1 E. (approx.).
Abridged Description : Fl. W.R. ev. 15 sec. 74·5 ft. 5 M (U).
Details : An unwatched light electric with white and red sectors, showing one flash every 15 seconds, flash 0·5 secs. eclipse 14·5 secs., has been established in the above position. Elevation 74·5 ft., arc of visibility white from 063° through south to 337° thence red to 022°, obscured elsewhere.

Details : The master of m.v. “Gael” has reported a rock in the vicinity of the above position.
Remarks : The symbol for a rock should be inserted in the above position.

IT is hereby notified that the Board of Trade has examined the objections lodged to the proposed exemption from import licensing of the following items in the Import Licensing Schedule and has decided not to recommend decontrol until after a review of the appropriate Tariff duties has taken place:—

Price Order No. 1384 (Amendment No. 4 of Price Order No. 1056) (Furniture, Floor Coverings, and Bedding)
PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, hereby makes the following amending Price Order:—

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 1384, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 1056* (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).

This Order shall come into force on the 12th day of June 1952.

The principal Order is hereby amended by omitting from subclause (3) of clause 4 the words “but not exceeding in any case an amount equal to 3¾ per cent of the prevailing wholesale price or factory selling price (as the case may be) of the goods”.
