The said loan or any part thereof, together with interest thereon, shall be repaid by equal aggregate annual or half-yearly instalments extending over the term as determined in 1 above.

The payment of such instalments shall be made in New Zealand and no such instalment shall be paid out of loan-moneys.

The rate payable for brokerage, underwriting, and procuration fees in respect of the raising of the said loan or any part thereof shall not in the aggregate exceed one half per centum of any amount raised.
-
No moneys shall be borrowed under this consent after the expiration of two years from the date hereof.

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby licenses and permits E. E. Mizen and Company, Limited (hereinafter called "the Company"), which term shall include its successors and assigns unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore at Mercury Island as shown on plan marked M.D. 5821 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington for the purpose of the use of a cattle-race as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the company upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1940, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

The premium payable by the company shall be Β£2 (two pounds) and the annual sum so payable Β£3 (three pounds).

The term of the licence shall be fourteen years from the Ist day of May 1952.

Pursuant to subsection (8) of section 36 of the Valuation of Land Act 1951, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be vested in Her Majesty for the purposes of buildings of the General Government.

Exempting Land in the Westland Land District from the Operation of Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by subsection (2) of section 171 of the Coal Mines Act 1925, and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be exempt from the operation of Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925 and hereby further declare that this notice shall take effect as from the date of the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
