Land Taken for a Public School in Green Island West District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of June 1952.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 4 acres 2 roods 20·47 perches.

Being Lot 8, D.P. 7223, being part Sections 29, 30, and 31, Green Island West District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 357, folio 22 (Otago Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of June 1952.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil-conservation and river-control purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of June 1952.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 7·41 perches.

Being Lot 11, D.P. 9797, and Lot 2, D.P. 10060, situated in the Borough of Upper Hutt, being part Section 92, Hutt District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 549, folio 254 (Wellington Land Registry).

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street, that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken in connection with street-extension, and that the said parcels of land shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Hamilton as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of June 1952.

Being part Lot 75, D.P. 12137, being part Allotment 84, Parish of Takapuna.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, and section 15 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State forest purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of June 1952.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 29·3 perches.

Being Sections 199 and 200, Block I, Town of Naseby, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 128, folio 188 (Otago Land Registry).
