Tohunga) and 65A ; thence proceeding in an easterly direction
along the said right line to Trig Station 65A ; thence along a right
line to Trig Station 68A and its production to the middle of the
Mohaka River; thence down the middle of that river to a point in
line with the north-eastern boundary of Section 6 (S.G.R. 107)
Block V, Waitara Survey District; thence to and along that
boundary to Trig Station B1 (Patuawahine); thence along the
north-eastern boundary of Section 3, Block XI, Waitara Survey
District, to and down the middle of the Waikari River to the sea;
thence southerly along the sea-coast to a point in line with the
northern boundary of Lot 2, on plan numbered 3216 (Te Apiti
Block), deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at
Napier, in Block III, Waimarama Survey District; thence generally
westerly across a public road, to and along the northern boundaries
of the said Lot 2 and Lot 1 on plan numbered 3215, deposited as
aforesaid, the eastern boundaries of Sections 6, 5, and 4, Block III,
Oero Survey District and along the northern boundary of the said
Section 4 to the middle of the Hawea Stream; thence down the
middle of that stream, to and up the middle of the Tukituki River,
to and up the Papanui Stream to the middle of the Te Aute-
Patangata Road; thence along the middle of that road and of the
Napier-Palmerston North State Highway to a point in line with the
northern boundary of Lot 5, on plan numbered 5103 (Te Aute
College Land), deposited as aforesaid; thence to and along that
boundary, the northern boundaries of Lot 29 on plan numbered
4416, deposited as aforesaid, Section 1, Block XV, and Section 1,
Block XIV, Maraekakaho Survey District, to the northernmost
corner of the last-mentioned section; thence by a right line to a
point in the middle of the Manga-o-nuku River in line with the
north-western boundary of Section 1, Block X, Maraekakaho
Survey District; thence up the middle of that river, to and along
the northern and north-western boundaries of Block 3, Gwava
Crown Grant District in Block IV, Wakarara Survey District, the
north-western boundaries of Blocks 1 and 5, and again Block 1,
Gwavas Crown Grant District aforesaid, produced to the middle of
the Mangamauku Stream; thence up the middle of that stream
to the intersection with the north-eastern boundary of part Section
1, Block XI, Wakarara Survey District; thence along the north-
eastern boundary of the said part Section 1 to its northernmost
corner; thence by a right line to the junction of the north branch
of the Waipawa River and the Makaroro River (East of Section 8,
Block IX, Wakarara Survey District); thence along a right line in
the direction of Trig Station 30 (Aorangi) to the summit of the
Ruahine Range; thence northerly along the summit of the said
Range to Trig Station Y, Block XII, Pukeokahu Survey District;
thence along a right line to a point in the middle of the Taruarau
River opposite the westernmost corner of Block 78, Maraekakaho
Crown Grant District, in Block VI, Ngaruroro Survey District;
thence down the middle of the Taruarau River and up the middle
of the Ngaruroro River to the point of commencement, excluding
the City of Napier, the Boroughs of Hastings and Havelock North,
and the Town District of Taradale.

BOUNDARIES OF THE HAVELOCK RIDING OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWKE'S BAY
ALL that area in the Hawke's Bay County bounded by a line com-
mencing at the south-eastern corner of Poukawa Riding in Block
XVI, Maraekakaho Survey District, as described in the New Zealand
Gazette dated 30 August 1917, page 3344; thence generally north-
easterly along the south-eastern boundary of the said Poukawa
Riding, the south-eastern boundary of the Heretaunga Riding, as
described in the New Zealand Gazette dated 10 April 1930, page 1145,
and the south-eastern boundary of Clive Riding, as described in
the New Zealand Gazette dated 1 September 1927, page 2796, to the
middle of the Tukituki River; thence up the middle of that river
to the boundary of the County of Hawke's Bay, as described above;
thence generally westerly along the said county boundary to the
south-eastern corner of Poukawa Riding, the point of commence-
ment, excluding the Borough of Havelock North as described above.

Declaration of Building as Queen's Warehouse
Office of the Minister of Customs,
Wellington C. 1, 27 May 1952.

Pursuant to section 104 of the Customs Act 1913, the Minister
of Customs hereby declares the Cargo Control Store at Aotea
Quay, Wellington, to be a Queen's Warehouse for the purposes
of the said Act, to be known as the Cargo Control Warehouse.

Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940

Pursuant to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, the Minister
of Transport doth hereby order and declare that the provisions of clause (1) of regulation 7 of the said regulations so far
as they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors shall not apply
to the person hereinafter mentioned, but in lieu thereof the
following provision shall apply:-

A motor-driver's licence issued under the Motor Drivers Regu-
lations 1940, to the person described in Column 1 of the Schedule
hereunder may authorize him to drive a heavy trade motor in the
course of his employment for the employer described in Column 2
of the said Schedule, but shall not authorize him, while he is under
the age of eighteen years, to drive a heavy trade motor for any
other purpose.

Declaring Trailer Units Forming Part of a Multi-axled Motor-
vehicle to be Trailers

Pursuant to subsection (1) of section 2 of the Transport
Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby determines that
the two vehicles specified in the Schedule hereto, each forming
part of a multi-axled vehicle as defined by section 2 of the said Act
shall be deemed to be trailers.

SCHEDULE
Two trailer units, chassis Nos. T. 12755 and T. 12756, owned by
Goodsons' Ltd., Rotorua.

Approval of Red Reflectors for Heavy Motor-vehicles, Being Goods
Service Vehicles in Terms of the Traffic Regulations 1936

Pursuant to clause (22), regulation 7 of the Traffic Regulations
1936, the Minister of Transport hereby approves, for the
purposes of the said regulation, red reflectors of the make and type
described in the Schedule hereto and sample of which is deposited
at the Head Office of the Transport Department, Wellington.

Notice of Air Weapon Range : Muriwai Beach

IT is hereby notified that air-to-air firing, air bombing, and
air-to-ground firing will take place from time to time in the
respective areas described in the Schedule hereto for the purpose.
All aircraft using the ranges will be duly authorized by the Com-
manding Officer, R.N.Z.A.F. Station, Whenuapai, or the
Commanding Officer, R.N.Z.A.F. Station, Hobsonville.

SCHEDULE

  1. Air-to-air Firing Range.-All that area in the North Auckland
    Land District bounded by a line commencing at latitude 36° 33'
    48" south, longitude 174° 14' 07" east, and running south-easterly
    along the line of mean high water of Muriwai Beach to latitude
    36° 41' 12" south, longitude 174° 19' 48" east; thence along lines
    bearing 238° 16' true, distant 6 miles; bearing 328° 16' true,
    distant 10 miles; and bearing 58° 16' true, distant 6 miles, to the
    point of commencement.

  2. Air Bombing Range.-All that area in the North Auckland
    Land District adjoining area 1 above, contained within a circle
    with a radius of 1,000 yards from a point situated at latitude 36°
    40' 17.7" south, longitude 174° 19' 46.9" east.

  3. Air-to-Ground Firing Range.-All that area in the North
    Auckland Land District adjoining area 1 above, bounded by a line
    commencing at latitude 36° 38' 12.6" south, longitude 174° 18' 43.5"
    east, and running south-easterly and south-westerly generally
    along lines bearing 151° 54' true, distant 455 yards; bearing 241°
    24' true, distant 600 yards and bearing 212° 16' true, distant 1,010
    yards to the line of mean high water at Muriwai Beach; thence
    north-westerly along the line of mean high water aforesaid for
    1,530 yards; and thence easterly generally along lines bearing
    92° 16' true, distant 1,160 yards and 64° 54' true, distant 600 yards,
    to the point of commencement.

The above areas are more particularly delineated and out-
lined in pink on Survey Plan 3/1895, held at R.N.Z.A.F. Head-
quarters, Air Department, Wellington.
