Vesting a Reserve in the One Tree Hill Borough Council

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of
May 1952
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been
duly set apart as a reserve for recreation purposes:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is
expedient to vest the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and
Burgesses of the Borough of One Tree Hill:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public Reserves,
Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council, hereby declares that, from and after the day of the date
hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become
vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough
of One Tree Hill, in trust, for recreation purposes.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALLOTMENT 91, Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland, situated in Block I,
Otahuhu Survey District; Area, 3 acres 1 rood 28 perches, more or
less. Subject to the reservations and conditions imposed by
Section 59 of the Land Act 1948. (S.O. plan 33719.)

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been
duly set apart as a reserve for recreation purposes:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is
expedient to vest the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and
Citizens of the City of Auckland:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public Reserves,
Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council, hereby declares that, from and after the day of the date
hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become

ALL that area situated in Block IX, Rangitoto Survey District,
containing by admeasurement 1 acre and 28 perches, more or less,
being Lot 17 as shown on a plan deposited in the Land Registry
Office at Auckland under No. 38615, being part Allotment 220 of
Section 16, Suburbs of Auckland. Subject to the reservations and
conditions imposed by section 59 of the Land Act 1948. (S.O.

Vesting the Control of a Reserve in the Heathcote County Council

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of
May 1952

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been
duly set apart as a reserve for recreation purposes:
And whereas it is expedient that the control of the said reserve
should be vested in the Heathcote County Council:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 17 of the Public Reserves,
Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council, hereby vests the control of the said reserve in the Heathcote
County Council.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
RESERVE 4438, formerly Lot 12, on Deposited Plan 11921, part
Rural Section 5789, situated in Block XII, Christchurch Survey
District: Area, 1 acre 2 roods 5.4 perches, more or less, and being
the balance of the land comprised and described in certificate of
title, Volume 224, folio 109 (Canterbury Registry).

Cancelling the Vesting of a Reserve in the Cheviot County Council

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of
May 1952
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a
reserve for a quarry, and is vested, in trust, in the Chairman,
Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Cheviot:
And whereas it is expedient that the vesting of the said land
as hereinbefore referred to should be cancelled, and the Cheviot
County Council has duly consented to such cancellation:
Now, therefore, pursuant to subsection (1) of section 10 of the
Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excel-
lency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council, hereby cancels the vesting in the
Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Cheviot
of the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area situated in Block XI, Cheviot Survey District, con-
taining by admeasurement 4 acres 1 rood 9 perches, more or less,
being Reserve 3972 and part Reserve 3709. As the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 52729c,
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at
Wellington, and thereon edged red. (S.O. plan 8450.)

Changing the Purpose of a Reserve in Gisborne Land District

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of
May 1952

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a
reserve duly set apart as a stock reserve:
And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation
over such land shall be changed to a reserve for recreation purposes:
Now, therefore, pursuant to subsection (1) (a) of section 7 of
the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the purpose
of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed
from a stock reserve to a reserve for recreation purposes.
SCHEDULE
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT
ALLOTMENT 92, Waiotahi Parish, situated in Block I, Opotiki
Survey District: Area, 31 acres 3 roods 18 perches, more or less.

Appointment of Mataiawa Domain Board Revoked

At the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of
May 1952
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the 21st day of
December 1927, and published in the Gazette of the 12th
day of January 1928, a Domain Board was appointed to have
control of the Mataiawa Domain therein described:
And whereas it appears expedient to revoke the said Order
in Council:
Now, therefore, pursuant to the Public Reserves, Domains,
and National Parks Act 1928, and of every other power and author-
ity enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-
General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council hereby revokes the aforesaid Order in Council dated the
21st day of December 1927.
