HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to subsection (1) (b) of section 7 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the reservation for police purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and hereby declares that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act 1948.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to subsection (1) (b) of section 7 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the reservation for a quarry over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and hereby declares that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that area situated in Block XI, Cheviot Survey District, containing by admeasurement 6 acres and 38 perches, more or less, being part Reserve 3213. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 52729A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (S.O. plan 8450.)

Also all that area situated in Block XI, Cheviot Survey District, containing by admeasurement 4 acres 1 rood 9 perches, more or less, being Reserve 3972 and part Reserve 3709. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 52729C, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (S.O. plan 8450.)

Vesting a Reserve in the Northern Hawke’s Bay Rabbit Board

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of May 1952

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for Rabbit Board purposes:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Northern Hawke’s Bay Rabbit Board:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Northern Hawke’s Bay Rabbit Board, in trust, for Rabbit Board purposes.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT

SECTION 16, Block X, Patoka Survey District: Area, 3 acres 1 rood 3 perches, more or less. Subject to the reservations and conditions imposed by section 59 of the Land Act 1948. (S.O. plan 2566.)

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for a rubbish dump:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Ohura Town Board:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Ohura Town Board, in trust, for a rubbish dump.

SCHEDULE
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT

SECTIONS 9 and 18, Block XVIII, Town of Ohura: Area, 2 acres 2 roods 34·34 perches, more or less. Subject to the reservations and conditions imposed by section 59 of the Land Act 1948. (S.O. plans 6000 and 7044.)
