A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a quarry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of May 1952.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 acre 0 roods 9·5 perches.
Being part Section 25, Rakautoru Village Settlement.
Situated in Block X, Hautapu Survey District. (S.O. 22433.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 136423, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road desired to be constructed over Block XIII, Mount Robinson Survey District—viz., a deviation of the Wanganui-Levin Main Highway—shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only that land situated within the limits of the area bounded by broken red lines shown on the plan marked P.W.D. 137098, referred to in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
COMMENCING on the existing Wanganui-Levin Main Highway at a point marked 0 miles on the plan marked P.W.D. 137098, which point is opposite Lot 4, D.P. 4291, being part Horowhenua X 1B 36, Section 4A, situated in Block XIII, Mount Robinson Survey District, and proceeding in a northerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 51 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands—viz., Lot 5, D.P. 5849, being part Horowhenua X 1B 36, No. 3F 1 and part Horowhenua X 1B 36, Section 3G 1; Lots 6, 7, part Lot 8, and Lot 10, D.P. 4291, all being part Manawatu Kukutauaki 7D, Subdivision 3A; and Lot 6, D.P. 872, being part Manawatu Kukutauaki 7D, Subdivision 3, all in Block XIII, Mount Robinson Survey District, and terminating at a point marked 0 miles 51 chains on the said Wanganui-Levin Main Highway at its junction with the Heatherlea-Foxton Main Highway; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and water-courses; all in the Wellington Land District; as the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 137098, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Authorizing the Waitemata Electric-power Board to Erect and Use Electric Lines Within the Waitemata Electric-power District, and Revoking Existing Orders in Council

At the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of May 1952
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, and the Electric-power Boards Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, for the purposes of section 319 of the Public Works Act 1928, hereby authorizes the Waitemata Electric-power Board (hereinafter with its successors and assigns referred to as the licensee), subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, to lay, construct, put up, place, and use the electric lines described in the Schedule hereto; and further, for the purposes of section 76 of the Electric-power Boards Act 1925, subject to the said conditions hereby authorizes the licensee to construct the said electric works; and, further, hereby revokes the Orders in Council dated the 10th day of February 1926, and published in the Gazette on the 25th day of the same month, dated the 10th day of March 1928, and published in the Gazette on the 15th day of the same month at page 704, and dated the 28th day of October 1936, and published in the Gazette on the 29th day of the same month at page 1943, authorizing the licensee to construct, maintain, and use certain electric lines.

CONDITIONS
- IMPLIED CONDITIONS
THE conditions directed to be implied in all licences by the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935 and the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1935 shall be incorporated in and shall form part of this licence except in so far as the same may be inconsistent with the provisions hereof.
- LICENCE SUBJECT TO REGULATIONS
The licence hereby conferred is subject to compliance by the licensee with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1935, the Radio Interference Regulations 1934, and with all regulations hereafter made in amendment thereof or in substitution therefor respectively. Provided that the licensee shall not by virtue of this clause be required, except in the normal course of alteration, repair, or maintenance, to reconstruct in conformity with the regulations hereinbefore mentioned any electric lines or works which conformed to the regulations in force at the time of the construction thereof.
- SYSTEM OF SUPPLY
Bulk supply shall be received from the State Hydro-electric Department’s substations at Henderson, Takapuna, Belmont, and Tahekeroa, and from the substation at Wellsford when it is completed, or from such other additional point or points of supply as may be mutually arranged between the Minister in Charge of the State Hydro-electric Department and the licensee. Bulk supply shall be received from each point of supply at a normal pressure of either 11,000 volts or 33,000 volts between phases, as may be mutually arranged between the said Minister and the licensee. The system of supply shall be as described in paragraphs (a) and (f) of clause 21–01 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935. The transmission and primary distribution voltages shall be 33,000 volts and 11,000 volts between phases.
- DURATION OF LICENCE
This licence shall, unless sooner lawfully determined, continue in force until the 10th day of February 1968.
