Election of Producers’ Representatives of Canterbury Raspberry Marketing Committee
PURSUANT to the Canterbury Raspberry Marketing Regulations 1950, made under the Marketing Act 1936 and the Agriculture (Emergency Powers) Act 1934, notice is hereby given that a copy of the roll of producers in the Canterbury Provincial District, north of the southern boundary of the County of Ashburton, qualified to vote at the election of producers’ representatives of the Canterbury Raspberry Marketing Committee established by the said regulations, has been deposited for public inspection, during ordinary office hours, for a period of seven days from the 21st day of May 1952, at the undermentioned office of the Marketing Department :—
Christchurch,
and also at the following post-offices :—
Christchurch, Upper Riccarton, Halswell, Papanui, and Methven.
Nominations for the Canterbury Raspberry Marketing Committee must be in the hands of the Returning Officer, Canterbury Raspberry Marketing Committee Election, P.O. Box 1500, Wellington C. 1, on or before noon on the 11th day of June 1952.

Law Practitioners Amendment Act 1935
PURSUANT to the Law Practitioners Amendment Act 1935, notice is hereby given that the Disciplinary Committee of the New Zealand Law Society on the 9th day of April 1952 ordered that the name of Robin Brunskill Cooke be removed at his own request from the roll of Solicitors of the Supreme Court of New Zealand to enable him to apply for admission to the English Bar.
