A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I,
Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto
to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land:
12·23 perches.
Being part Lot 41, D.P. 1580, and part of the land in D.P. 3732,
being part Section 227, Right Bank Wanganui River.
Situated in Block V, Westmere Survey District (City of Wanganui). (S.O. 22490.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 137061, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured blue, edged blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General,
and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day
of May 1952.

A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril,
Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land
described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen
by Ethel Hinemoa Eliza Martin, of Ohakune, Married Woman,
under and by virtue of renewable lease, Volume 13A, folio 192
(Wellington Land Registry), is hereby taken for a public school;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 19th day of May 1952.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the
leasehold estate is taken : 2 acres 26 perches.
Being part Section 43, Ohakune Village Settlement.
Situated in Block V, Karioi Survey District (Borough .of
