A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of May 1952.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of May 1952.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 39.7 perches.

Being Lots 2 and 3, D.P. 17939, being part Allotment 56, Parish of Waiheke, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 420, folio 139 (Auckland Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of May 1952.

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 1 rood 2.15 perches.

Being Lot 157, D.P. 15452, being portion of Sections 11 and 17 of the Watts Peninsula District.

Situated in the City of Wellington and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 511, folio 187 (Wellington Registry).
