Price Order No. 1376 (Amendment No. 2 of Price Order No. 1335) (Wheat Grown in the South Island of New Zealand)
PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, hereby makes the following amending Price Order:—

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 1376 and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 1335* (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).

This Order shall come into force on the 8th day of May 1952.

The principal Order is hereby amended by omitting the table to subclause (1) of clause 11 with respect to distributors' prices and substituting the following table:—

PURSUANT to section 13 of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act 1926, I hereby give notice that at a poll of ratepayers of the Borough of Putaruru, taken on the 16th day of April 1952, on the proposal of the Putaruru Borough Council to borrow the sum of six thousand pounds (£6,000) for the purpose of purchasing land, erecting houses, and purchasing land with houses thereon—

The number of votes recorded against the proposal was 38

I therefore declare that the proposal was carried.
