Decisions Under the Sales Tax Act 1932-33

THE following decisions in interpretation of the Sales Tax Act 1932-33 are published for public information:-

The following decisions are cancelled-

M.D. 5-The equivalent in New Zealand currency will be deemed to be in New Zealand currency.

M.D. 13.-In the case of rough sawn timber or similarly worked (goods now exempt).

M.D. 17.-Paragraphs (i), (ii), (iii), (v), (vi), (goods now exempt).

M.D. 20.-Whenever sales of cement are made F.O.B. works (goods now exempt).

M.D. 21.-When ice cream is sold at 5s. per gallon (goods now exempt).
