A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Te Puke as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of May 1952.

Land Taken for Employees' Houses in Block XII, Benmore Survey District, Waitaki County

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, and section 85 of the Rabbit Nuisance Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for employees' houses, and shall vest in the Benmore Rabbit Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of May 1952.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 2 acres. Being Section 1 (formerly known as part Run 554).
Situated in Block XII, Benmore Survey District (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 11460.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 136348, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilization; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of May 1952.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 16.9 perches. Being the southern portion of Lot 1, D.P. 1336, being part Allotments 7 and 8, Section 30, City of Auckland, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 79, folio 53 (Auckland Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of April 1952.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the First Schedule hereto and one undivided moiety in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, together with the right-of-way created by Conveyance No. 18146 (Otago Land Registry) and subject to the right-of-way created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 47108 (Otago Land Registry), and the land described in the Third Schedule hereto and one undivided moiety in the land described in the said Second Schedule, together with the right-of-way created by the said Conveyance No. 18146, are hereby taken for a University college; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of May 1952.
FIRST SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken : 22.61 perches. Being Lots 1 and 3, D.P. 3010, being parts Sections 56 and 401R, Block XXIX, Town of Dunedin, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 194, folio 104 (Otago Land Registry).
SECOND SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land in which the undivided moieties are taken ; 0.6 perches. Being Lot 2, D.P. 3010, being part Section 56, Block XXIX, Town of Dunedin, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificates of title, Volume 194, folio 104, and Volume 194, folio 103 (Otago Land Registry).
THIRD SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken : 16.07 perches. Being Lot 4, D.P. 3010, being part Sections 56 and 401R, Block XXIX, Town of Dunedin, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 194, folio 103 (Otago Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of April 1952.
