Land Taken at Hastings for Railway Purposes

A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, and the Government Railways Act 1949, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for railway purposes.

SCHEDULE
ALL that parcel of land containing 20 perches, more or less, situate in the Borough of Hastings, being Lot 6, D.P. 4247, part Heretaunga Block, being also the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, H.B. Volume 17, folio 206 (Hawke's Bay Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 22nd day of April 1952.

A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilization; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of May 1952.

A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of May 1952.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 6 acres 3 roods 11.4 perches.
Being Lots 205, 206, and 207, D.P.S. 904, being part Section 11, and Lot 232, D.P.S. 904, being part Section 11, and part Whareroa 2J No. 1 Block, situated in Block VII, Tauranga Survey District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 1015, folio 231 (Auckland Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of April 1952.

P URSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of May 1952.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 1 acre 2 roods 2.9 perches.
Being Lots 4, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14, D.P. 12940 (Town of Waitoa Extension No. 2), being portion Waiokauri No. 1 Block, situated in Block IV, Maungakawa Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificates of title, Volume 638, folio 95, Volume 638, folio 94, and Volume 823, folio 159 (Auckland Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of April 1952.
