Notice to Persons Affected by Applications for Licences Under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act 1936
Pharmacy Industry
J. C. Henderson, 11 Surrey Road, Richmond, has applied for a licence to operate a new pharmacy at Queen Street, Richmond.
Retail Sale and Distribution of Motor-spirit
Reeves Transport, Ltd., 110W Murdoch Road, Hastings, have applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit in drums from an oil company depot in Hastings.
F. J. Wilkins, Pokeno, has applied for permission to shift his four petrol pumps from their present position to a new site 200 yards distant on a new road at Pokeno.
Hulse Bros. and Co., Ltd., Otahuhu, have applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on garage premises, corner Panama Road and Mount Wellington Highway, Otahuhu.
D. M. and O. V. Scholz, Tauranga, have applied for permission to transfer licence to sell petrol from corner of Cameron Road and 1st Avenue to the opposite side of 1st Avenue, Tauranga.
Applicants and other persons considering themselves to be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau of Industry on these applications should, not later that 8 May 1952, submit any written evidence and representations they may desire to tender. All communications should be addressed to Secretary, Bureau of Industry, G.P.O. Box 2492, Wellington.

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES
EVIDENCE of the loss of Memorandum of Mortgage No. 5890 affecting the land in Crown lease entered in Register-book, Vol. 12, folio 122 (Marlborough Registry), whereof JAMES JOHNSTONE, of Ward, Farmer, is the mortgagor, and WILLIAM PATRICK HENDERSON, of Kenepuru Sound, Sheep-farmer (now deceased), is the mortgagee, having been lodged with me together with an application to register a transmission and a discharge of the said mortgage without production of the said mortgage in terms of section 40, Land Transfer Act 1915, notice is hereby given of my intention to register such transmission and discharge upon the expiration of fourteen days from 24 April 1952.
