Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for the purposes of a pleasure-ground and sports-ground.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land permitted to be taken: 22.2 perches.
Being Lot 7, D.P. 6419, being part Rural Section 1034, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 375, folio 120 (Canterbury Land Registry).

The South Otago Milk District Constitution Order 1952

At the Government House at Wellington, this 23rd day of April 1952

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Milk Act 1944, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following Order.
ORDER
- (1) This Order may be cited as the South Otago Metropolitan Milk District Constitution Order 1952.
(2) This Order shall come into force on the 1st day of May 1952. - Those parts of New Zealand consisting of the Boroughs of Balclutha and Kaitangata, and that portion of the County of Bruce described in the Schedule hereto, are hereby constituted and declared a milk district under the Milk Act 1944, with the name of the “South Otago Milk District”.
- The Balclutha Milk District Constitution Order 1945,* and the Balclutha Milk District Constitution Order 1945, Amendment No. 1†, are hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
PORTION OF BRUCE COUNTY INCLUDED IN SOUTH OTAGO MILK DISTRICT
All that area, being part of the County of Bruce, and being parts of Clutha, North Molyneux, and Hillend Survey Districts, bounded as follows : Commencing at the southernmost corner of Section 18, Block XVII, Town of Balclutha; thence north-easterly and south-easterly by a public road to its junction with the Main South Road; thence north-easterly and easterly along that road and Benhar Road to the south-eastern corner of Section 8, Block I, Hillend Survey District; thence north-easterly along the south-eastern boundary of the said Section 8 for a distance of 2500 links; thence south-easterly by a straight line at a right angle to the said south-eastern boundary to the Railway Reserve; thence south-westerly along that reserve to the north-eastern boundary of Block XII, North Molyneux Survey District; thence south-easterly along that boundary to the northern corner of Section 5, Block XII; thence south-westerly along the north-western boundary of the said Section 5 and its production to the Matau Branch of the Clutha River; thence generally northerly along the northern bank of the Matau Branch to a point in line with the northern boundary of Section 7, Block XIII, North Moly-neux Survey District; thence north-westerly along that boundary and its production to the bank of the aforesaid Matau Branch; thence north-westerly along the north-eastern bank of that river to the boundary of the Borough of Balclutha; thence generally northerly by the eastern boundary of the Borough of Balclutha, as defined in the Gazette of 5 August 1948, at page 984, to the point of commencement: As the same is delineated on the plan marked M.D. 94/1, deposited in the office of the Marketing Department at Wellington, and thereon edged blue.

The South Otago Milk Board Constitution Order 1952

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Milk Act 1944, as amended by section 2 of the Milk Amendment Act 1947, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- (1) This Order may be cited as the South Otago Milk Board Constitution Order 1952.
(2) This Order shall come into force on the 1st day of May 1952. - There is hereby constituted for the South Otago Milk District a District Milk Board, with the name of the “South Otago Milk Board”.
- The South Otago Milk Board shall consist of such members as are appointed by the Governor-General pursuant to subsection (3) of section 2 of the Milk Amendment Act 1947.
- The Board hereby constituted shall be the Milk Authority of the South Otago Milk District for the purposes of the Milk Act 1942.

Revoking the Reservation Over a Reserve in Apiti Survey District, Wellington Land District

At the Government House at Wellington, this 23rd day of April 1952

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to subsection (1) (b) of section 7 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the reservation for gravel purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and hereby declares that the said land being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act 1948.

Pursuant to subsection (1) (b) of section 7 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the reservation for a public utility reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and hereby declares that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act 1948.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT
All that area containing by admeasurement 1 rood 37 perches, more or less, being Lot 2 as shown on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Blenheim under No. 1123, being part Waikawa No. 1B, situated in Block VII, Arapawa Survey District.
