A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of April 1952.

Being part Section 12, Block XXVIII, Town of Invercargill, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 43, folio 48 (Southland Land Registry).
Situated in the City of Invercargill (Southland R.D.).
