SCHEDULE
LINES for the supply of electrical energy by the system of supply
hereinbefore described, as follows :—
(a) Commencing from the licensee’s generator, situated in
Section 7, Block IV, Motu Village Survey District, and
proceeding in a north-easterly direction to an apiary.
(b) Commencing from the said generator, and proceeding in a
south-westerly direction to a pole and thence to a
dwelling.
(c) Commencing from the said pole, and proceeding in a
southerly direction across King Street to a church
situated in Section 5, Block V, Motu Village Survey
District.
The said lines being more particularly shown by means of blue
lines on the plan marked S.H.D. 182, deposited in the office of the
Minister in Charge of the State Hydro-electric Department.

Lands Reserved in the North Auckland, Gisborne, and Taranaki Land
Districts
FREYBERG, Governor-General
WHEREAS by section 167 of the Land Act 1948 it is enacted
that the Governor-General may from time to time set apart
as a reserve, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under
pastoral lease or pastoral occupation licence, any Crown land for
any purpose, which in his opinion is desirable in the public interest,
and notice thereof shall be published in the New Zealand Gazette :
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 167 of the said Act, I,
Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby reserve, subject to the reservations and conditions
imposed by section 59 of the Land Act 1948, the lands in the North
Auckland, Gisborne, and Taranaki Land Districts described in the
Schedule hereunder written, for the purposes specified at the end
of the respective descriptions of the lands so intended to be reserved.

Survey District: Area, 2 acres 3 roods 7 perches, more or less.
