SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
- This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations
1940, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable
apply hereto. - The premium payable by the licensee shall be £5 (five pounds)
and the annual sum so payable £3 (three pounds). - The term of the licence shall be fourteen years from the
1st day of January 1952. - The Master of every vessel discharging ballast at the said
jetty shall have all such ballast taken away and deposited above
high-water mark, or at such place as may be approved by the
Minister or by any person appointed by the Minister for that purpose.

advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorizes the
Tauranga Borough Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed
street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for parts of its
length of less than 66 ft., but not less than 50 ft., subject to the
condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be
erected on Lots 6 to 13 inclusive, 15 to 26 inclusive, 29, 31, and the
southern side of Lot 14 of a subdivision of the land edged green on
the plan marked P.W.D. 135273, referred to in the said Schedule,
and fronting the proposed street within a distance of 48 ft. from the
centre-line of the proposed street, or on Lot 5 and the eastern side
of Lot 14 of a subdivision of the said land as shown on the said plan
marked P.W.D. 135273 fronting the proposed street within a
distance of 40 ft. from the centre-line of the proposed street.

THE HON. K. J. HOLYOAKE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, hereby authorizes Robert John Peddle,
of Motu, Sheep-farmer (hereinafter referred to as the licensee),
subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, to lay, construct,
put up, place, and use the electric lines doscribed in the Schedule
hereto.
CONDITIONS
- IMPLIEd CONDITIONS
The conditions directed to be implied in all licences by the
Electrical Supply Regulations 1935 and the Electrical Wiring
Regulations 1935 shall be incorporated in and shall form part of
this licence, except in so far as the same be inconsistent with the
provisions hereof.
- LICENCE SUBJECt TO REGULATIONS
In respect of the lines hereby authorized, the licensee shall
comply with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935, the Electrical
Wiring Regulations 1935, the Radio Interference Regulations 1934,
and with all regulations hereafter made in amendment thereof
or in substitution therefor respectively.
- SYSTEM OF SUPPLY
The system of supply shall be as described in paragraph (d)
of clause 21-01 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935, and
shall be an alternating-current system.
- DURATION OF LICENCE
Unless sooner lawfully determined, this licence shall continue
in force until the 31st day of March 1965 or until electrical energy
is available from an Electric-power Board or other public source
of supply, whichever is the earlier.
