PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 2 roods 16·83 perches.

Being part Subdivision 2 of Allotment N of Section 3, Hutt District. Situated in Block XIII, Belmont Survey District (Borough of Petone). (S.O. 22202.)

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become County road.

SCHEDULE

ALL that portion of road in the Wellington Land District, Rangitikei County, commencing at its junction with Turakina-Cliff Road via Marton Main Highway, and proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction generally for a distance of 39¼ chains, more or less, adjoining or passing through Sections 42A, 16 of 54, 84, and 86, Turakina District, and being Lots 1 and 2 on Deposited Plan 14786, situated in Block XIII, Wangaehu Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 135799, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
