THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE

of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the raising in New Zealand by the said local authority of the said loan for the said purpose up to the amount of four thousand pounds (£4,000), and in giving such consent hereby determines as follows:—

The term for which the said loan or any part thereof may be raised shall not exceed twenty (20) years.

The rate of interest that may be paid in respect of the said loan or any part thereof shall be such as shall not produce to the lender or lenders a rate or rates exceeding three pounds five shillings (£3 5s.) per centum per annum.

The said loan or any part thereof, together with interest thereon, shall be repaid by equal aggregate annual or half-yearly instalments extending over the term as determined in 1 above.

The payment of such instalments shall be made in New Zealand and no such instalment shall be paid out of loan-moneys.

The rate payable for brokerage, underwriting, and procurement fees in respect of the raising of the said loan or any part thereof shall not in the aggregate exceed one-half per centum of any amount raised.

No moneys shall be borrowed under this consent after the expiration of two years from the date hereof.

Vesting a Reserve in the Northern Hawke’s Bay Rabbit Board

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for Rabbit Board purposes:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Northern Hawke’s Bay Rabbit Board:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Northern Hawke’s Bay Rabbit Board, in trust, for a reserve for Rabbit Board purposes.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for a site for a roadman’s cottage:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Masterton:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Masterton, in trust, for a site for a roadman’s cottage.

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Nelson City Council, in trust, for a public cemetery.

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Ohakune, in trust, for municipal buildings.
