Redefining Egg Marketing Areas Established by the Egg Marketing Regulations 1951
Pursuant to regulation 13 of the Egg Marketing Regulations 1951*, the Minister of Marketing hereby gives notice as follows :
(a) The New Plymouth Egg Marketing Area described in clause 2 of the First Schedule to the said regulations shall, as from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette, no longer be a marketing area for the purposes of the said regulations :
(b) The boundaries of the Hawke's Bay Egg Marketing Area described in clause 15 of the First Schedule to the said regulations shall, as from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette, be altered and redefined as follows :-
All that area comprising the City of Napier, the Borough of Havelock North, and the Taradale Town District ; all that area within a radius of one mile from the Clive Post Office ; all that area within the Borough of Hastings bounded on the north-east by Frederick Road and Grove Road ; bounded on the south-east by Sylvan Road, and again bounded on the north-east by Albert Street, and on the south-east by Park Road ; bounded on the south-west generally by the borough boundary, and bounded on the north-east by the borough boundary to its junction with Frederick Road; and also all that portion of the Hawke's Bay County commencing at a point where the Omahu Road meets the Hastings Borough boundary ; thence in a westerly direction to a point where the said road joins Renata Street ; thence following the said street in a northerly direction to meet Ikanui Road ; thence following the said road in an easterly direction to the point where it meets the Hastings Borough boundary ; thence in a southerly direction along the said boundary to the point of commencement.

Lemon Marketing Regulations-Notice Fixing Prices of Certain Grades

Pursuant to regulation 19 of the Lemon Marketing Regulations 1946, I hereby fix the following prices per loose bushel to be paid by the Marketing Department for lemons delivered to the Department during the undermentioned period.

Plants Declared to be Noxious Weeds in the Bulls Town District

The following special order made by the Bulls Town Board on the 18th day of March 1952, is published in accordance with the provisions of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950.
SPECIAL ORDER
“ That, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by section 3 (1) of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Bulls Town Board hereby resolves and declares by way of special order that the under-mentioned plants are noxious weeds within the Town District of Bulls :-
Blackberry (Rubus fruticosus and Rubus laciniatus). Hemlock (Conium maculatum). Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare). Ragwort (Senecio jacobaea). Variegated or milk thistle (Silybum marianum).
and that such special order shall take effect as from 19 March 1952.”

Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940
Pursuant to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, the Minister of Transport doth hereby order and declare that the provisions of clause (1) of regulation 7 of the said regulations so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors shall not apply to the person hereinafter mentioned, but in lieu thereof the following provision shall apply :-
A motor-driver's licence issued under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, to the person described in Column 1 of the Schedule hereunder may authorize him to drive a heavy trade motor in the course of his employment for the employer described in Column 2 of the said Schedule, but shall not authorize him, while he is under the age of eighteen years, to drive a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.
