A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street: 0·48 perches.
Being Lot 2, D.P. 15240, being part of Section 95, Epuni Hamlet and Subdivision 5 of Section 36, Hutt District, situated in the City of Lower Hutt and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 539, folio 78 (Wellington Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of March 1952.
