A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 35 of the Finance Act (No. 2) 1945, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Waipukurau as from the date hereinafter mentioned ; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of April 1952.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 33·2 perches.
Being Lot 18, D.P. 8117, being also part Block 16, Waipukurau Crown Grant District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, H.B. Volume 28, folio 188 (Hawke’s Bay Land Registry.)
Situated in the Borough of Waipukurau.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of March 1952.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school ; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of April 1952.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 9 acres 2 roods 19·1 perches.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes, that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a pleasure-ground, and that the said parcels of land shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned ; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of April 1952.
