Notice as to Statutory Closing-days Under the Shops and Offices Act 1921–22
WHEREAS the Mayors or Chairmen, as the case may be, of the local authorities of the respective separate districts mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereto have duly notified the Minister of Labour that the days decided on as the statutory closing-days in their respective districts, pursuant to the provisions of the Shops and Offices Act 1921–22, are the days set opposite their respective names in the second column of the said Schedule.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers in this behalf conferred upon him by the said Act, the Minister of Labour doth hereby appoint that the said respective days shall be the statutory closing-days for shops in the said respective districts on and from the 10th day of March 1952.

Appointing Wednesday as the Statutory Closing-day in the New Brighton Area of the City of Christchurch
WHEREAS the Mayor of the City of Christchurch, pursuant to the provisions of the Shops and Offices Act 1921–22, as amended by section 4 of the Shops and Offices Amendment Act 1945, has duly notified the Minister of Labour that, in respect of the New Brighton area of the City of Christchurch as defined by the said section 4, the Christchurch City Council has decided upon Wednesday as the statutory closing-day for shops in such area :
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers in this behalf conferred upon him by the said Act and amendment, the Minister of Labour doth hereby appoint Wednesday as the statutory closing-day for shops in the said area on and from the 10th day of March 1952.

Notice of Permanent Danger Area at Waiouru Military Camp Training Area
IT is hereby notified that the area, described in the Schedule hereunder is a permanent danger area to aircraft. The New Zealand Military Forces may carry out live-shell practice at any time in the area without prior notice to aircraft. The danger altitude extends to a maximum height of 35,000 ft.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area commencing at point 1 at 175° 55′ 0″ E. (lat.), 39° 15′ 30″ S. (long.) ; thence to point 2 at 175° 55′ 0″ E., 39° 31′ 30″ S. ; thence to point 3 at 175° 37′ 50″ E., 39° 31′ 30″ S. ; thence to point 4 at 175° 37′ 0″ E., 39° 15′ 30″ S. This area is more particularly delineated on map reference No. NZ 1 : 25000F and W. Plan G.2927, held at Army Headquarters, Wellington, and shaded thereon in black.

Notice of Low-flying Area
IT is hereby notified that low flying will take place at periods in the area known as the “Wigram Low-flying Area”, being the area described in the Schedule hereunder. All aircraft using this area will be duly authorized for this purpose by the Commanding Officer, R.N.Z.A.F. Station, Wigram.
SCHEDULE
THAT area commencing at a point 43° 48′ S., 172° 37′ E. ; thence to a point 43° 51′ S., 172° 23′ E. ; thence to a point 43° 47′ S., 172° 22′ E. ; and thence to a point 43° 46′ S., 172° 36′ E.
The southern boundary of this area is the low-water line of the north shore of the Birdlings Flat peninsula and the northern boundary of the said area is approximately three miles into Lake Ellesmere.
This area is more particularly delineated and shaded in red on Aeronautical Chart, Sheet Christchurch S.E. 44/168½, held at Air Force Headquarters, Wellington.
