Council on the 14th day of February 1952 is published in
accordance with the provisions of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950.
SPECIAL ORDER
In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by section 3 (1)
of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Matamata County Council
hereby resolves and declares by way of special order that the under-
mentioned plants are noxious weeds within the County of Matamata--
Pussy willow (Salix discolor).
Water hyacinth (Eichhornia crassipes).

Council on the 18th day of February 1952 is published in
accordance with the provisions of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950.
SPECIAL ORDER
In exercise of the powers conferred upon it by section 3 of the
Noxious Weeds Act 1950, it was resolved that the Council declare
by way of special order, which shall come into force on the 1st day
of March 1952, that the plants in the Schedule below, being plants
included in the First Schedule of the said Act, are noxious weeds
within the whole of the County of Waikohu.

Weeds Act 1950, the Wairewa County Council resolves by way of
special order as follows : That the plants mentioned in the Schedule
hereto, being plants included in the First Schedule to the Noxious
Weeds Act 1950, be declared noxious weeds within the County of
Wairewa.

RESOLUTION
THAT the Paparua County Council assume responsibility for the
administration of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950 as from 1 April 1952.

PURSUANT to the Milk Delivery Regulations 1949* the Minister
of Marketing doth hereby give notice as follows :-

This notice may be cited as the Lyttelton Milk Delivery
Notice 1949, Amendment No. 3, and shall be read together with and
form part of the Lyttelton Milk Delivery Notice 1949β (hereinafter
referred to as the principal notice). -
The Schedule to the principal notice is hereby further amended
by revoking the words "C. Gilmore, Brenchley Road, Lyttelton" in
relation to Zone No. 2, and substituting the words "N. D. Parratt,
32 Ripon Street, Lyttelton".
Dated at Wellington, this 27th day of February 1952.

Notice as to Statutory Closing-days Under the Shops and Offices Act
1921-22
WHEREAS the local authorities of the respective separate
districts mentioned in the first column of the Schedule
hereto have failed to decide what working-day in the week shall
be the statutory closing-day for shops in their respective districts :
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers in this behalf conferred
upon him by section 18 of the Shops and Offices Act 1921-22, the
Minister of Labour doth hereby appoint as the statutory closing-
day for shops in each such district on and from the 10th day of
March 1952, the respective working-days set opposite their respective
names in the second column of the Schedule hereto.
