north-eastern boundary of Lot 1 of Small Grazing-run 43A; thence south-easterly and south-westerly to and along that boundary and the south-eastern boundary of the said Lot I and its production to the middle of a public road; thence south-easterly and south- westerly generally along the middle of that road to a point in line with the northern boundary of Section 1, Block XV, Waingaromia Survey District; thence to and along that boundary and the north- eastern boundary of Section 2, Block XVI, Waingaromia Survey District, to the middle of the Mangarara Stream; thence easterly down the middle of that stream to a point in line with the north- eastern boundary of Waimata North No. 1A 2 Block; thence south- easterly to and along that boundary, the north-eastern boundary of Section 3, Block XVI, Waingaromia Survey District, and the generally north-eastern boundaries of Lot 2 on the plan numbered 2620 deposited as aforesaid; thence north-easterly along the north- western boundary of Section 2, Block XIII, Uawa Survey District, and its production to the middle of the Pakarae River; thence easterly and southerly generally down the middle of that river to a point in line with the northern boundary of Pakarae No. 1D Block; thence easterly and south-easterly to and along that boundary and the northern and north-eastern boundaries of Pakarae 1A Block to the sea coast; thence southerly generally along the sea coast to Paritu the point of commencement, and including all adjacent islands.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the North Island Main Trunk railway.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of additional land taken:

A. B. P. Being 0 1 12 Section 1, Block II, Kakahi Village Settlement. 0 1 0 Section 2, Block II, Kakahi Village Settlement.

All situated in Block VI, Hunua Survey District, Kaitieke County. (S.O. 15842.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 11398, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of March 1952.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 rood 5.6 perches.

Crown Land adjoining Section 2811, Block XVI, Greymouth Survey District. (S.O. plan 4573.)

Situated in the Grey County, Westland Land District.

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 11380, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, and the Government Railways Act 1949, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for railway purposes.

SCHEDULE

ALL that parcel of land containing 32 perches, more or less, situated in the Borough of One Tree Hill, being Lot 56 on Deposited Plan No. 18900, and being portion of Allotment 4 of Section 17, of the Suburbs of Auckland; and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 897, folio 279 (Auckland Registry).
