aforesaid, to the high-water mark of the Pacific Ocean; thence

the point of commencement.

western boundary of the Town of Allanton; thence north-easterly
to and along the north-western boundary and south-easterly along
the north-eastern boundary of the Town of Allanton to the centre
of the Dunedin-Gore State Highway; thence generally north-
easterly along the centre of the Dunedin-Gore State Highway to a
point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Section 2 of 4,
Block VIII, Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District; thence
generally south-easterly along the south-western boundary of Block
VII, Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District, and its production
to the left bank of the Kaikorai Stream; thence generally southerly
along that left bank to the sea-coast; thence generally south-
westerly along the high-water mark of the Pacific Ocean to the
point of commencement.”

Revoking a Notice Declaring Land to be Subject to Part I. of the Maori
Land Amendment Act 1936 (Te Kaha Development Scheme)
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act
1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes a notice
made on the 13th day of July 1937, and published in New Zealand
Gazette No. 46 of the 15th day of July 1937, at page 1642, whereby
the land known as Maungaroa 3B l Block containing 4,999 acres,
more or less, situate in Blocks VI and VII, Te Kaha, III and V,
Haparapara, XII, Whangaparaoa, and I, Raukumara West Survey
Districts, and other blocks, were declared to be subject to Part I
of the said Act.

Revoking a Notice Declaring Land to be Subject to Part I of the Maori
Land Amendment Act 1936 (Puniho Development Scheme)
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act
1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes a notice made
on the 12th day of April 1939, and published in New Zealand Gazette
No. 25 of the 20th day of April 1939, at page 1195, whereby the land
described in the Schedule hereto was declared to be subject to Part
I of the said Act.
