to be Sheriff for the District of Timaru and Registrar and Marshall at Timaru of the Supreme Court of New Zealand for the purposes of the Judicature Act 1908; Official Assignee at Timaru for the purposes of the Bankruptcy Act 1908; Registrar of Electors and Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Timaru for the purposes of the Electoral Act 1927; Clerk of the Licensing Committee for the District of Timaru for the purposes of the Licensing Act 1908; and Registrar of the Magistrates’ Court at Timaru for the purposes of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1947 on and from the 17th day of December 1951.
