A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 16 of the Soil Conservation and Rivers
Control Act 1941, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the
Crown land described in the Schedule hereto to be a soil-conservation
reserve.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land declared to be a soil-
conservation reserve: 1 acre 20 perches.
Being Section 24.
Situated in Block IV, Puketapu Survey District (Hawke’s Bay
R.D.). (S.O. 1791.)
In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 136007, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
edged red.

Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand,

also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 11th day of February 1952.

residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect
on and after the 11th day of February 1952.
