Corrigenda
IN the New Zealand Gazette No. 3, dated 24 January 1952, page 70, under the heading “Notice to Persons Affected by Applications for Licences under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act 1936”, notice was given of an application having been made by Mrs. R. R. Sarah, P.O. Box 4, Pukekohe, for a licence to operate a new pharmacy at Great South Road, Pokeno.
This notice is hereby cancelled, and the following substituted therefor :—
“Mr. R. R. Sarah, P.O. Box 4, Pukekohe, has applied for a licence to operate a new pharmacy at Great South Road, Pokeno.”
Applicants and other persons considering themselves to be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau of Industry on this application should, not later than 14 February, submit any written evidence and representations they may desire to tender. All communications should be addressed to Secretary, Bureau of Industry, C.P.O. Box 2492, Wellington.

IN the Proclamation revoking a Proclamation taking land for street in the City of Lower Hutt and taking land for street and in connection with street-extension in the City of Lower Hutt, published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 70 of 30 August 1951, at page 1254, and in the Order in Council authorizing the laying-off of an extension of Myrtle Street in the City of Lower Hutt, published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 70 of 30 August 1951, at page 1258, for D.P. 1114 wherever it appears in the said documents read D.P. 1114.

State Forest Land Reserved Under the Scenery Preservation Act 1908

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS the Scenery Preservation Board, constituted pursuant to the Scenery Preservation Act 1908 (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), has recommended that the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto should be permanently reserved for scenic purposes :
And whereas the Minister in Charge of Scenery Preservation and the Minister of Forests has also, pursuant to section 55 of the Statutes Amendment Act 1938, recommended that the said State forest land should be declared a scenic reserve and it is expedient to give effect to such recommendations :
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 6 of the said Act and the said section 55 of the Statutes Amendment Act 1938, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto shall be a scenic reserve under the said Act and subject to the provisions thereof.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 537 acres 3 roods 35 perches, more or less, being part Section 1, Block X, Karioi Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 4/1077, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 31st day of January 1952.

Revoking the Reservation Over Portion of a Scenic Reserve in the Marlborough Land District

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms portion of a reserve duly set apart for scenic purposes :
And whereas the said land is no longer suitable for scenic purposes by reason of the absence of bush of scenic value thereon :
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 8 of the Scenery Preservation Amendment Act 1910, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the reservation for scenic purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 7 acres 3 roods 18 perches, more or less, being part Kahutara Maori Block G, situated in Block IX, Mount Fyffe Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 4/971E, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
