A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General
of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the
First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the
road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
