CORRIGENDUM
IN the notice declaring the land known as Lot 1, Deposited Plan 3243, being part of Allotment 137 of the Parish of Waipa, to be exempt from the operation of Part III of the Coal-mines Act 1925, published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 13 of 2 March 1950, page 223, for “certificate of title, Volume 351, folio 169 (Auckland Land Registry)” read “certificate of title, Volume 851, folio 169 (Auckland Land Registry)”.

Cancelling the Reservation for Scenic Purposes of Land at Lake Rotoroa in the Nelson Land District, Thereby Constituting the said Land a Recreation Reserve

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 37 of the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Act 1950, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the reservation for scenic purposes over the whole of the land described in subsection (2) of the said section 37, as that description is repeated in the Schedule to this Proclamation, to be cancelled to the intent that hereupon the whole of the land so described shall, for all purposes, and by the operation of subsection (1) of the said section 37, be deemed to be a recreation reserve under and subject to the provisions of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928.

SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 31 acres, more or less, being Section 2, Block II, Rotoroa Survey District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 4/283A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of November 1951.

Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT—SOUTHLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL those areas in the Southland Land District, Wallace County, containing 196 acres, more or less, situated in Blocks I, V, VI, and VII, Aparima Hundred, and Blocks VIII, XIII, XIX, XXI, and XXII, Jacobs River Hundred, and being roads closed by a Proclamation dated 23 July 1951 and published in New Zealand Gazette 1951, page 1039. As the same are more particularly delineated on plan No. 210/33, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon coloured red. (Southland plan S.O. 5902.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 22nd day of November 1951.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as provisional State forest land.

SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT—SOUTHLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL those areas in the Southland Land District, Wallace County, containing by admeasurement 1,024 acres 2 roods 6 perches, more or less, and described as follows :—
All that area containing by admeasurement 218 acres 1 rood 37 perches, more or less, and being Section 1, Block XIII, Longwood Survey District. (Southland plan S.O. 4431.)
Also all that area containing by admeasurement 806 acres and 9 perches, more or less, and being Section 9, Block XIX, Longwood Survey District. (Southland plan S.O. 3554.)
As the same are more particularly delineated on plans Nos. 210/31 and 210/34, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of November 1951.
