Classification of Roads in Oxford County

P
URSUANT to regulation 3 (5) of the Heavy Motor Vehicle
Regulations 1950, the Minister of Transport doth hereby alter
the Oxford County Council’s proposed classification of the roads
described in the Schedule hereto and situated in Oxford County,
and doth hereby approve such altered classification as described in
the said Schedule.

Notice of Intention to Take Land in the Borough of One Tree Hill
for a Post-office

OTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions
of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public
work—to wit, the construction of a post-office—and for the purposes
of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is
required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan
of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at
Penrose and is there open for inspection; and that all persons
affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking
of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections
to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such land,
set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty
days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works
at Wellington.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land required to be taken:
32 perches.
Being Lot 3, Deeds plan 215, and being part Allotment 1, Section 17,
Suburbs of Auckland, situated in the Borough of One Tree Hill,
and being the whole of the land comprised and described in
certificate of title, Volume 529, folio 41 (Auckland Land
Registry).
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 135552, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at
Wellington, and thereon edged red.
As witness my hand at Wellington, this 24th day of October

of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the Post Office at Tokomaru Bay and is there open for inspection; and that all persons
affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the taking of the land, set forth the same in
writing, and send the writing, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.
