Additional Land Taken for a Secondary School in Block LXXI, Hokonui Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of October 1951.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street: 31·23 perches.
Being part Section 30, Fitzroy District.
Situated in Block V, Paritutu Survey District (Taranaki R.D.). (S.O. 8431.)
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 135510, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
