OTAGO LAND DISTRICT—WAIKOUAITI DOMAIN
ALL those areas containing by admeasurement a total of 540 acres and 33 perches, more or less, being Sections 6 to 11, Block XI, Sections 6, 7, 10, and 11, Block XII, part of recreation reservation, the area known as Hawksbury Lagoon, Section 6, Block XXXIII, Section 1, Block LXXVI, Section 10, Block LIV, Section 1, Block LXXV, Section 8, Block LXVIII, and Section 1, Block LXXIV, all of the Town of Hawksbury, Allotments 1, 2, 2A, 3 to 58, 60 to 71, 73, 74, and 76 to 85 on a plan deposited in the Deeds Registry Office, Dunedin, as 199, Section 23A, and part of Section 7, Block VI, Hawksbury Survey District. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/192c, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Constituting the Pinehaven Domain

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington, this 17th day of October 1951
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the land described in the First Schedule hereto forms portion of the Hutt Valley Domain and is under the control of the Hutt County Council acting as the Hutt Valley Domain Board :
And whereas the land described in the Second Schedule hereto forms portion of the Korau Park Domain and is also under the control of the Hutt County Council acting as the Korau Park Domain Board :
And whereas it is desired to constitute the lands described in the First and Second Schedules hereto to be a separate domain to be known as the Pinehaven Domain :
Now, therefore, pursuant to the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928 and every other power and authority enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council hereby orders and declares as follows :—

The appointment of the Hutt County Council as the Hutt Valley Domain Board is, in respect to the land described in the First Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

The appointment of the Hutt County Council as the Korau Park Domain Board is, in respect to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

The lands described in the First and Second Schedules hereto are hereby declared to be no longer portions of the Hutt Valley and Korau Park Domains respectively, and the same are hereby declared to be a public domain to be known hereafter as the Pinehaven Domain.

The Hutt County Council is hereby appointed to be the Pinehaven Domain Board having the control of the lands described in the First and Second Schedules hereto.

The first meeting of the Pinehaven Domain Board shall be held in the Hutt County Council Chambers, Bowen House, Wellington, on Wednesday, the 24th day of October 1951, at 2 p.m.
FIRST SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 19·58 perches, more or less, being Lot 149, as shown on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington under No. 9185, and being part of Section 193, Hutt District, situated in Block IV, Belmont Survey District.
SECOND SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 1 rood 24·82 perches more or less, being Lots 74 and 75 as shown on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington under No. 9185, and being parts of Sections 193 and 195A, Hutt District, situated in Block IV, Belmont Survey District.

Recreation Reserve in Nelson Land District Brought Under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 34 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Nelson Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act ; and such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Lower Maruia Memorial Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.

ALL that area containing by admeasurement 3 roods 39·3 perches, more or less, being Lots 1 and 2 as shown on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Nelson, under No. 4487, and being part Section 12, Block VIII, Maruia Survey District.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by section 3 (1) of the Tobacco-growing Industry Act 1935, I, Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby reappoint

Torvald Pettersen Husheer
as representatives of manufacturers, and
Frederick Allan Hamilton
as representative of growers, all of whom retired on 31 July 1951 in pursuance of section 4 of the above Act, and appoint
Joseph Roy Duncan Drummond
as representative of growers in place of Richard Wheatley Staples Stevens, who in pursuance of the said section 4 retired on 31 July 1951.
