IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section 48 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

The Bay of Islands County Council

to be the Okaihau Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto ; and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the 14th day of November, 1951, at 10 o’clock a.m., as the time when, and the Council Chambers, Kawakawa, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

PURSUANT to the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes an Order in Council dated the 15th day of May 1946 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 16th day of that month, appointing a Domain Board to control the Moeraki Domain, and hereby appoints

The Member of the Waitaki County Council, representing the Moeraki Riding, ex officio,
