A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the drainage easement over the part of Lot 14, D.P. 6275, referred to in the said Schedule, created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 21433, Wellington Land Registry, for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of October 1951.
