CROWN LANDS NOTICE

Land Forfeited in Nelson Land District

Department of Lands and Survey, Wellington, 14th February, 1951.

NOTICE is hereby given that the lease of the undermentioned land having been declared forfeited by resolution of the Land Settlement Board, with the approval of the Minister of Lands, the said land has thereby reverted to the Crown under the provisions of the Land Act, 1948.

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES

APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of a new certificate of title in the name of TE MUERA ARANUI, of Paki Paki, Aboriginal Native, for 1 acre 2 roods and 3 perches, more or less, situate in Block II, Te Mata Survey District, being Kahumoko D. No. 8 Block, and being all the land in Certificate of Title, H.B. Volume 6, folio 241, subject to section 248 of the Maori Land Act, 1931, and to Caveat 4119, and evidence having been lodged of the loss or destruction of the said certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I will issue the new certificate of title as requested after fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
