Additional Land at Waikokopu Taken for the Purposes of the East Coast Main Trunk Railway and for Road-diversion in Connection Therewith

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the East Coast Main Trunk Railway, and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road-diversion in connection therewith.
FIRST SCHEDULE
FOR RAILWAY
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 33·5 perches. Being part road; coloured green.
Situated in Block X, Nuhaka Survey District, Wairoa County. (S.O. 2398.)
SECOND SCHEDULE
FOR ROAD-DIVERSION
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:—

0 3 17·8 Part Railway land in Proclamation 1283; coloured blue.
0 0 4·2 Part Harbour Reserve; coloured sepia.
All situated in Block X, Nuhaka Survey District, Wairoa County. (S.O. 2398.)
In the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 10596, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of November, 1950.

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Wellington-Foxton Railway.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 5·5 perches. Being part Rural Section 87, Township of Fitzherbert.
Situated in Block XIII, Kairanga Survey District, Kairanga County. (S.O. 22216.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 10687, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 31st day of January, 1951.

Declaring a Portion of Railway Land at Waipukurau to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1948.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 30·45 perches. Being part Railway land in Proclamation 1479, being part Block 16, Waipukurau Crown Grant District.
Situated in the Borough of Waipukurau. (S.O. 2494.)
In the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 10700, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 31st day of January, 1951.
